posteriormente el objetivo de la Auditor\u00eda Financiera se torna en analizar si los procedimientos y los controles contables y administrativos son adecuados para lograr la m\u00e1xima productividad, evaluando la eficiencia en las operaciones (producir a costos razonables) y en la administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47725db elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"47725db\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Conforme las organizaciones enfrentan los desaf\u00edos de una r\u00e1pida evoluci\u00f3n de modelos de negocio, complejidad de los requerimientos regulatorios y adopci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas disruptivas; la auditor\u00eda financiera desempe\u00f1a un papel fundamental para <strong>apoyar a las empresas a gestionar riesgos y orientar sus prioridades estrat\u00e9gicas de desarrollo y crecimiento.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a12bf33 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a12bf33\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La evoluci\u00f3n de una auditor\u00eda financiera tradicional hacia una auditor\u00eda <strong>m\u00e1s estrat\u00e9gica<\/strong> tiene como un gran diferenciador la comprensi\u00f3n del negocio de la entidad auditada, enfocada no solamente en la existencia de controles del pasado y del hoy, sino m\u00e1s relacionado con el futuro. El riesgo de auditor\u00eda centrado en el negocio del cliente refleja la econom\u00eda global de nuestros d\u00edas, y su abordaje sist\u00e9mico constituye el instrumento privilegiado de c\u00f3mo abordar esta auditor\u00eda.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a6b831c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a6b831c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEl rol de la auditor\u00eda financiera, del CFO (Chief Executive Officer) y en general de los responsables de finanzas, ha tomado un papel muy protag\u00f3nico cuando se al\u00eda con la tecnolog\u00eda. Un <strong>software ERP<\/strong> permite administrar la contabilidad, tesorer\u00eda y presupuesto. Adicional, es un excelente dashboard para medir la consecuci\u00f3n de resultados en las compa\u00f1\u00edas que buscan diferenciarse de sus competidores.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
